Return Policy
At AST Sports Science we take pride in knowing you are satisfied! If for any reason at all you are not totally satisfied with a product purchased from AST Sports Science, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping), exchange, or credit towards a future order!
Following are our return policies and instructions. Please be sure to follow them closely to ensure a hassle free return and credit!
- Product must be purchased directly from AST Sports Science in order to receive a credit or refund. We cannot give refunds or credits for any product purchased at any other location.
- Please call AST Sports Science to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number is required to process a return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Contact the Returns Department at 303-278-1420.
- When you call, you will be given a Return Authorization number. Package your item(s) to be returned securely, along with a brief letter describing your reasons for return, and write your Return Authorization number clearly on the outside of the package. This number must be on the outside of the package in order to be accepted by the Return Department.
- Send your return by Federal Express, Insured Mail, or United Parcel Service to:

Please note - returns will not be accepted at our PO Box.
- Upon receipt, AST Sports Science will begin to process your return. Please allow 4 weeks for a refund. If you wish, you may request an exchange or credit towards a future order (these can be processed almost immediately).
- AST Sports Science cannot refund original shipping and handling fees.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items. Customer is also responsible for any applicable shipping charges if a new product is desired in exchange for the return.
