1/30/2008When I finish the warming-up and muscle acclimation sets for biceps, do I need to do another warm-up and muscle acclimation sets for the triceps? I know you mentioned not to warm-up twice for the same muscle group, but since biceps and triceps are part of the arm, does this rule apply here?
