Customer Service/Receptionist

We are looking for an individual who can complete assigned daily tasks. It is also important for this applicant to feel comfortable in taking on new projects and jobs not specified in job description. This position is very flexible and always evolving. The applicant will be responsible, but not limited to, the following tasks:
  • Answering phones in call center and transferring to proper personnel.
  • Assisting with customer service questions.
  • Greeting guests upon entry to facility.
  • Filtering out unwanted solicitors.
  • Light Accounting work.
  • Placing office supply orders when needed.
  • Data entry.
  • Customer service claims with shipping company.
  • Providing answers to technical questions concerning our product line.
  • Assisting the executive office with multiple projects and tasks.
Job Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in Customer Service, receptionist work and/or administrative support.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient in data entry, 40-60 wpm minimum.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent Problem Solving Skills necessary.
  • Excels working in a fast paced environment.
